Hiring a lifestyle manager is much like hiring a your own personal assistant (only a lot more affordable). We take care of tasks that you don’t have time for, or don’t care to do, so you can spend your valuable time doing things that matter more.

How does it work? It’s easy!

Purchase a package / block of time, and then take a month to spend it on tasks from a list of services.

We offer regular packages, or you can choose a premium package and get 4 months of services, receive a better hourly rate and access to even more tasks.

If you are concerned about a loved one, perhaps a senior member of your family living alone, we are happy to include assurance visits and assurance phone calls as a part of your package, or can be purchased on their own.

Our concierge hours are from 8:30am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and tasks are booked in advance. Requests received on by Friday at noon for the following week will be given scheduling priority, but time can be requested and granted up to 24 hours in advance if the schedule allows.

Current premium clients also receive a 15 % discount and scheduling priority on organizing or move management services for a larger project.

All you need to do is:

  1. Decide what tasks you really could use some help with.
  2. Think about how many hours you spend doing these tasks.
  3. Choose the package that matches your needs.
  4. Purchase a block of time.
  5. Make your task / time requests by email, text or phone call.
